We are glad you would like to list your property for the Super Bowl. It is so simple to do. But here is a step-by-step guide to help you.
First you need to "Register" on the main page just below the Login box. click on "Register!". Accept the disclaimer by clicking on "I Accept". Enter your name (this is your username) and a password. Your password again to make sure you got it right. Enter the Captcha security code from the image. If you cannot read the code click on "update code" to get a new code. This is to prevent spammers.
Okay once you have that you will see that "Registration was successful". Click on the link to "go to main page / Enter". Now that you are registered you will see a new menu item "Add Listing".
Click on "Add Listing" and begin filling out your information for your property rental. You will see the pricing next to the options. When you are ready to upload or add your pictures, click on the "file folder" to the right of Upload images. Here you will get a box pop up which will allow you to upload (send to the website) your pictures. Click on the "Batch" tab first. Click "Browse" and navigate to where your picture files are on your computer. Select the file or files and click "Open".
The files will upload automatically. Wait until the file or files upload. You will begin to see the files listed in the window. The system will automatically resize them for you. That's it. Once the files are uploaded, Close the the pop up window. If you need to delete a picture you can click the check box next to that picture and delete it.
Now you are back to your listing. Continue filling out as much as possible for your listing. The more information the better. A potential renter wants to get as much information as possible and you want your listing to stand out. Make sure to fill in all boxes unless it says uneccessary next to it. If you leave something blank that is not optional you will have to start all over again.
How to Add the Google Map to your Listing
You will see two boxes: GPS Coord X and GPS Coord Y. These values will show a Google Map on your listing. To get these values click here. After you click you will see on that site: Enter an address or location: Enter your address complete with zip code. Then click on Geocode it. You will then get a list. Look for the line longitude, latitude. Example: longitude, latitude: 32.7367371, -97.1108937.
Copy the first code: 32.7367371 and paste it into the GPS Coord X box. Take the second code: -97.1108937 and paste it into the GPS Coord Y box.
If you spoke with a sales person, please add their code in the "Promotion code" box. (Make sure you enter the promotion code or you will not receive the discounted price) Click "Submit" and you are finished. Follow the page to Paypal for payment by clicking on the Paypal "Buy Now" button.
Once you submit payment, our staff will be notified and your listing will be put online within 24 hours.
Definition of listings:
Residential listing, residential showcase and corporate showcase are three different categories. Choose the category you want your listing to be published in.
Gold Listing is in addition to your listing. A gold listing will add a thumbnail (picture) of your property on the front page for maximum exposure. The thumbnail picture is the very first picture you upload in sequence. There are 10 places for gold listings. If these are all filled gold listings will rotate on every page refresh or new visitor that comes to the site.
Virtual Tour is an effect where it will play all your pictures in sequence. The pictures will pan around and zoom in and out and go to the next one in sequence and at the end, start all over again giving you a virtual tour effect. Make sure your pictures are taken one way (in other words don't take a normal shot then turn the camera sideways for another shot).
Front Page Virtual Rotating Tour is the same as the virtual tour above except that it only pans around your first picture uploaded and is displayed on the front page center. Anyone who purchases this option will be in the playing sequence. While you image is being displayed a user can click on it and be taken directly to your listing page.
